Green Schools Hits the Road: Summer Tour 2025 Recap! ☀️🌱

This summer, the Green Schools Nova Scotia team hit the road for an unforgettable tour across the province connecting with communities, sparking sustainable conversations, and having tons of eco-friendly fun along the way! 🚗💚

From farmers’ markets and festivals to cultural celebrations and community events, we had the incredible opportunity to engage with families and local champions who care deeply about our environment.

At each stop, we set up interactive displays, led hands-on activities, and shared simple actions that help build a greener future from energy conservation tips to waste reduction strategies. Whether we were talking composting, solar power, or pedal-powered smoothies, the response was always the same: Nova Scotians are ready to make a difference. 🌍

We were especially inspired by the creativity, curiosity, and care we saw from young learners, families, and community leaders all summer long. Your stories, questions, and enthusiasm fueled our journey and reminded us why we do what we do.
