École Acadienne de Pomquet Earth Week!

During Earth Week, students from École Acadienne de Pomquet participated in the Green Schools suggested activities all week! Tuesday was lights off day for the Earth, Wednesday students were encouraged to bring a litterless lunch to reduce and eliminate package waste and Thursday students wrote a pledge for the Earth. On Friday students wore green to support creating a green and friendly environment in the school, and a highlight for Earth Day itself was when students planted seeds that will be transferred to the garden when the time is right. It’s always great to see our resources being used so well and so successfully!
